📑 TowNow Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to TowNow ("we", "our", "us"). TowNow provides a mobile and web-based platform that connects individuals who require towing services ("Customers") with independent towing operators ("Towers").

By downloading, accessing, or using the TowNow app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to own or operate a vehicle.
• Towers must meet onboarding requirements, including providing a valid driver's licence, bank details, and any other documents we request.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times.

3. Our Role

TowNow acts solely as a technology platform. We do not provide towing services ourselves. The towing service is performed entirely by the Tower who accepts your job request.

4. Services

• Customers may request a tow through the TowNow app by linking their vehicle or using the emergency workflow.
• Towers may accept jobs based on location and availability.
• TowNow facilitates communication and payment between Customers and Towers.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing consists of a fixed fee plus additional charges per kilometre.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are only available if TowNow cannot assign a Tower to your request.

6. Liability & Insurance

• TowNow is not responsible for the performance of the towing service.
• All liability, responsibility, and insurance obligations rest with the Tower providing the service.
• TowNow does not provide insurance for Customers or Towers.

7. User Conduct

• Customers must not make fraudulent requests or misuse the platform.
• Towers must not engage in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.
• TowNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Irish law.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

9. Disclaimers

• TowNow does not guarantee that a Tower will always be available.
• TowNow is not a replacement for emergency roadside assistance or contacting An Garda Síochána in case of an accident or emergency.

10. Changes

TowNow may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
